The InRoomMD BeWell™ Program is designed for business and leisure travelers and provides immediate access to quality medical care administered whenever possible in the comfort and privacy of their hotel/motel room.

Subscribe at least 72 hours prior to your trip departure and receive access to any of the Travel Healthcare Concierge Services for no more than $99.00.

The Travel Healthcare Concierge Services provide a comprehensive solution to ailments that are not only costly and time consuming, but can ruin a business trip or vacation.

The program is not insurance and is not intended to replace or supplement health insurance, but rather provide an affordable solution for the how, when, where and how much associated with travelers needing medical attention when away from home.

Subscribers needing assistance simply call the InRoomMD Subscriber Services Center. A physician will return your call generally within 15 minutes. If a house call visit is needed, an InRoomMD-credentialed physician will see the subscriber in the comfort and safety of their hotel room (generally within one hour of contact).

Subscriptions start at 7 days. Longer program durations are available. Physician's consultations, chiropractic and specialist referrals, and physician-coordinated emergency room admittance are provided to active subscribers at no cost. In-room physician visits, prescription drug refills, eyeglass and contact lens replacement and emergency dental care is charged a nominal $99.00 service fee, once per trip. Subscribers must be enrolled 72 hours prior to departure.
